About StripppleCare

A claim tells a payer what a provider says happened. It does not tell them whether it happened. StripppleCare closes that gap: we prove the encounter took place before the claim is submitted, so the payer is working from evidence rather than assertion.

Every patient visit generates four independent checkpoints — presence, authorisation, occurrence and consent. Each produces a unique digital fingerprint, sealed together into a single Trust Certificate and anchored externally, so an HMO, a regulator or an auditor can verify it independently. Including without trusting us.

Between 15 and 20 per cent of healthcare funds are lost to fraud, waste and abuse. The cost is not only financial: every disputed claim erodes the working relationship between payers and the hospitals and pharmacies they depend on, and that mistrust is ultimately paid for by patients.

Verification upstream is cheaper than adjudication downstream. It is also fairer to the providers doing honest work, who currently carry the suspicion earned by others.

Verification reaches the patient through whatever they can actually use — a code in the patient app, SMS, or email. Patients with a smartphone use the app; patients with a basic handset and no data use SMS. A system that only serves the first group is not infrastructure.

Starting requires no integration at all. Staff open StripppleCare in a browser tab alongside their existing systems, which matters in a market where only 23 per cent of Nigerian hospitals have digitised records. Deeper integration is available as a deployment matures, but it is never a precondition.

We are pre-pilot. Our first deployment is a 30–90 day pilot with African HMOs and health insurtechs, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a footprint we do not have.

HMOs and health insurtechs are our entry point today. Government schemes, donor programmes and lenders are where the same proof applies as we expand.
