Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data on this website, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Strippple Technologies Limited (RC: 8998537), a company registered in Nigeria, which builds and operates StripppleCare. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller.

Questions about this policy or about your data can be sent to hello@strippple.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website. It does not cover data processed inside the StripppleCare product on behalf of a health financing organisation — in that arrangement the organisation is the data controller and we act on their instructions under a separate agreement.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you submit the contact form, that is:

  • your name and email address, which are required;
  • your organisation, job title, organisation type and what you are interested in, where you choose to provide them;
  • the content of your message;
  • a record that you ticked the consent box, and when, so we can evidence the basis on which we hold your enquiry.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, health information about you or anyone else. Please do not include patient information in a message to us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation — for example, to arrange a pilot discussion or answer a question about the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact form submission.

Our lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Who else is involved

Contact form submissions are transmitted to our email inbox using EmailJS, a third-party delivery service. Your submission passes through and is processed by that service in order to reach us.

This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers and Google may receive your IP address as a result. The site is served through our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request data.

Some of these providers operate outside Nigeria, so your data may be transferred and stored abroad. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards available under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and there is no third-party tracking or profiling on it. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the inbox that receives enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. No system is immune to compromise, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited data this website handles.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data deleted; to object to or restrict how we use it; to withdraw consent; and to receive your data in a portable form.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@strippple.com. We will respond within the timeframe set by the Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
